Phone calls accents. They are impossible. Especially when all of our customer service is outsourced to India, Ireland, and Turkey. I expect that when I call customer service that I might have to say, spell, and repeat my info, and that they might also. So why is it when someone name olisunaocianal-first name, calls me on my cell phone and I cant understand her she gets offended.
