Damn I have been busy the last few days, from last week into this one. It has been tough I am trying to find the time to do it all right now I am ok with it. Charged my palm up and ready to schedule away.
At my open house the other day I met 2 couples that need to sell a home in order to buy one. I am not sure if they are ready to list now, but I do have 3 listing appointments scheduled for this week. 2 FSBO's - I am the FSBO killer, and 2, 2 family buildings for rent which would mean 4 new listings for 4 seperate apartments. I wont even get involved if they are slums but they sound nice.
Tomorrow I have an appointment after the gym in the morning, a brokers open house, a trade show in the evening. Then Thursday an appointment, then a listing appointment, plus I am thinking I will write 5 insurance policies this week...Tough to complain about being busy, but I have to stay on task more, and be more organized...Anyway back to work for me...Thanks for reading.
