3 days this week got in great workouts. I am going to take some pictures so I can comparing them to the before after, redo, and after...Although I am uncomfortable with posting pics of myself shirtless on the net.
I am pretty sure that even if I was super slim, and trim, and fancy I wouldn't be down with it.
Anyway, Spin class on Monday, Weights, and HIIT on Tuesday, Steady State cardio on Wednesday, and all before 7am.
I am beat now though, and need to stop watching tv, until midnight. Then I think it will be a bit easier to do.
My workout partner is a chick...Yeah thats right, my wifes cousin's, wife. She need to lose, I need to lose, and they live a mile from my house.
So that is a little bit weired for me to be honest, I have never really worked out with a girl before. Well I worked out with my wife, so I guess I have. Her big thing is she doesn't want to bulk up so she is nervous about doing weight routines, she said she builds muscle super fast.
I am not sure that is the case...I think she probably just feels stronger quickly, I tried explaining that weights, and cardio is the way, and that I wont have her doing an olympic strength gaining program...We will see how that goes.
